Dede is excited to be joining the Firelight Group as our new Executive Assistant. She’s a member of the Gitxsan First Nation in Northern B.C. but grew up enjoying all the natural beauty on Vancouver Island. She brings over 25 years of Office Management experience with companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, First Nations Health Authority, the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation and Metro Vancouver Aboriginal Executive Council where she gained a wide variety of skills and training. She enjoys helping organizations streamline processes and procedures wherever possible. 

Dede is married with two grown sons and a purr-baby and enjoys spending time in nature and in the summer, you’ll find her at the beach!
