Kara Herbert, MPP

Experience

Kara (she/her) is an Impact Assessment Specialist with the Firelight Group’s Regulatory team. She is working remotely and living in Kelowna BC, on the traditional and unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Peoples.

Kara has experience in intergovernmental relations, environmental stewardship, Indigenous title and rights, and environmental assessments. Kara received her Master of Public Policy from Simon Fraser University, and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
