Keeley is a mixed Cree/settler woman and a proud member of the Barren Lands First Nation. She was raised in, and currently lives in, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Keeley works as a Research Analyst supporting the Indigenous Negotiations Team at Firelight. She previously worked at the Southern Chiefs' Organization and at the Government of British Columbia. Keeley holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University.
