Dilek (She/her) has over a decade of experience in environmental project management, with a focus on land use planning, regulatory compliance, impact assessment. Her work emphasizes collaboration with Indigenous communities, ensuring that cultural values and traditional knowledge are integrated into resource management and decision-making processes.
Previously, she served in key roles within the Government of Nunavut, leading environmental assessment and land use planning. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Engineering Management at the University of Ottawa, further enhancing her expertise in strategic project management and innovation.
Her interests include exploring the outdoors, learning new languages, camping, cross country skiing and involvement in community projects.
