Holly Andrews, MSc

Experience

Holly (she/her) is a Technical Lead with Firelight. She has a background in community, land use, and strategic planning and expertise in traditional land use research, impact assessment, and program evaluation. She has worked with Indigenous communities and organizations in BC and elsewhere in Canada for eight years.

Holly holds a Master of Science in Resource Management and Environmental Studies from the Institute of Resources, Environment and Sustainability at the University of British Columbia. Her thesis research sought to identify some of the key mechanisms through which Indigenous interests commonly get negated through the BC environmental assessment process. She is passionate about continuing to work with Indigenous communities as an ally on title and rights-based issues.
