Kelsie Francis, AScT, C.E.T., PMP

Experience

Kelsie Francis is the Project Manager with Firelight supporting the Ecology team. She has over 14 years of working in various project roles and environments. She comes from European descent, primarily German and Swedish and is currently residing on Vancouver Island on the territories of the T’Souke and Scia-new Nations.

Kelsie holds a Master of Engineering Project Management degree which she obtained from Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology Management, a Chemical Engineering Technology and a 4 th Class Power Engineering Certificate. Kelsie has various experience working within the Oil and Gas industry with a primary focus on supporting indigenous business and indigenous communities.

When not working Kelsie enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring with her family.
