Experience

Lilith Wyatt (she/her) is the Program Manager for the Indigenous Negotiations unit with Firelight. She is a settler with ancestral roots in England and Scotland. She has over fifteen years of experience in program management on purpose-driven teams across higher education, landscape conservation, food sovereignty, and experiential learning with a lens of justice and social change. As a non-Indigenous ally, she has worked to support Indigenous rights and sovereignty with Anishnaabe and Haudenosaunee partners from Tiohtià:ke (Montreal) to Katarokwi (Kingston).

After growing up in Katarokwi (Kingston) and the mixed forest and lakes of the Frontenac Arch, Lilith went east to get her B.Sc. (honours) in Environmental Science and International Development Studies at Dalhousie University and west for her M.A. Environmental Education and Communication at Royal Roads University, while working summers in reforestation and as far away as Antarctica with Students on Ice.

She loves reading, being outside, biking year-round, singing with her community choir, gathering with loved ones around food, and adventuring with her partner and two kids.
