Experience

Sabrina (she/they) is a settler of English, Irish, French, Welsh, and Scottish ancestry living in Tkarón:to (Toronto) on Treaty 13 territory. She graduated from York University in 2018, Summa Cum Laude, with an Honours degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies. They have experience working with Indigenous Nations, local governments, private, non-profit, and community organizations to develop targeted communications strategies that reach key audiences and build brand awareness. She is also experienced in social media management, content creation, copywriting, and graphic design. Sabrina is passionate about using art and design as a means of storytelling and community building. She is motivated by connection to others and collaboration. They are committed to learning, unlearning, and decolonizing practices in their professional and personal life.
