Conservation Job Opportunity for Indigenous Students
CPAWS Northern Alberta is putting out a call for applications for a Conservation Outreach Assistant to coordinate and manage summer outreach events.
Job duties include:
(1) scheduling and leading outreach and education activities related to parks and wilderness in northern Alberta;
(2) managing event volunteers and developing materials for outreach activities in the community; and
(3) liaising with community groups to organize participation in community events in and around Edmonton.
The placement will be primarily on-site at the CPAWS Northern Alberta Office in Edmonton.
Work Dates: May 8, 2017 to August 25, 2017, 35 hours per week
