Beverly is a Junior Researcher with the GIS team. She is a settler of diasporic Chinese descent and works from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation).
Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, with majors in Geography (Environment and Sustainability) and in First Nations and Indigenous Studies. She offers experience in cartography, spatial analysis, participatory research, and is passionate about working at the intersections of contemporary social and environmental topics. Previously, Beverly has worked in public engagement, where she developed and implemented projects in areas related to city planning, transportation, and education.
