Her senior management background for the last 20+ years has been in ski resort, retail, hospitality, community building and entrepreneurship- always connecting the dots between people, passion and purpose. Christine has been leading teams across North America and building culture remotely for over 22 years, long before Covid-19 and zoom were a reality. Her passion and skill sets intersect in the areas of leadership development and vibrant company culture, helping to inspire others to reach their greatest potential. Notable accomplishments include managing corporate retail training & development programs for 14 North American ski resorts, being part of the senior opening team for six luxury boutique hotels in BC, designing and producing a national HR innovation conference and writing an “innovative workplace” handbook for companies small and large. She holds a BA from McGill University and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Royal Roads University.
