Phone: (778)-954-7192
Location: North Vancouver, BC | Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh

Billie (she/her) is a Research Intern working out of the Vancouver office who is supporting the Ecology team. She is a settler with German/Dutch paternal roots and Scottish/English maternal roots, who is currently living on the traditional and unceded territory of the Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples, in what is now known as North Vancouver.

Billie has just completed the first year of her undergraduate degree in the
Faculty of Science at the University of British Columbia. Although she is
unsure exactly what career path lies ahead, she plans to major in biology
because she is interested in learning more about living organisms, their
behaviors, and their interactions.

Billie is driven to constantly expand her knowledge and grow as a person by learning through her experiences. She is grateful to have supportive family and friends who encourage her to pursue her goals. In her free time, she enjoys expressing herself creatively through movement.
